[Taklimakan Blog] How to Get Cryptocurrency for Free?

Often, blockchain projects run promotions that give away digital money. But this is not the only way: some services allow you to earn tokens by performing the simplest actions.

It is not necessary to invest your funds to start acquaintance with the field of cryptocurrencies. There are various ways to get digital money for free. For example, as a result of viewing ads, participating in giveaways, or taking training programs.

One of the most popular ways to get cryptocurrency is to take part in an airdrop (giveaway). In September last year, the Uniswap decentralized exchange released its UNI tokens and distributed some of them to users. As a result, 8 traders received from $250 thousand to $750 thousand in cryptocurrency, about 50 people took from $25 thousand to $250 thousand.

In total, about 100 thousand users won in different amounts. The base price was 400 UNI tokens (about $1000 at that time and $10,000 at the exchange rate on February 25). This award was received by every trader who made at least 1 trade on Uniswap before September 1 of last year.
